Guaranteed space for birthday party. Additional table space not provided for non-skating guests in attendance.

*Party packages are not modifiable. Items cannot be removed from Deluxe, Platinum, or Elite packages.
*Time slots cannot be adjusted for parties. If you are late for your assigned time slot, additional time will NOT be added to your reservation.
Adult Skating Social
Looking for something a little more laid-back? Our Adult Skating Social package is perfect for casual celebrations and fun with friends. Each reservation includes a designated table(s) for a 2 hour time period, the ability to bring in a celebratory dessert and table decorations. Want to pay for your guest to skate? No problem — an attached guestlist is included in your confirmation email after booking. Simply bring the guestlist with you the day of the event and we will run a tab for you, all guests are charged the daily rate of admission.

*Tuesday 7-9pm & Saturday 9:30-11:30pm occur during Adult Skate Night. All guests must be 18 or older with a valid ID. Admission is required by all guests to enter the skating rink, including non-skating guests. No exceptions.
General Party FAQ

No. You must have an official Deluxe, Platinum, or Elite Party, a Pop Up Party or an Adult Social reservation to bring a celebratory desserts of any kind into the facility.
No outside food or drinks allowed at any time.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the facility. For guests with an official party reservation, the only exception is a celebratory dessert. All food and drinks must be provided by Pins & Wheels.
All parties are expected to follow the same rules and policies. Exceptions are not made on a one by one basis.

Pizzas are 16” and cut into 12 slices each. Pizza options include: cheese, pepperoni, or sausage. Guests can also choose GF crust and/or Vegan pizza (vegan crust and cheese).
All Deluxe, Platinum, & Elite are allotted 2 slices of pizza per guest included with the party reservation. As your guests count increases, the number of included pizzas will increase. For example if you have 12 guests, you will have 2 pizzas; if you have 30 guests, you will have5 pizzas.
All Pop Up Parties include 2 pizzas and 2 pitchers of non-alcoholic drinks.
All food & drink orders must be submitted 72 hours prior to event. Any food orders made the day of the event are based on the kitchens discretion.

Yes. The guest of honor is included in the overall head count.

Elite, Platinum, and Deluxe parties have up to 72 HOURS in advance to decrease or increase the number of additional guest.
Increasing guest count AFTER your original reservation was created does NOT guarantee additional table space.
If you anticipate paying for more than the 10 guests included with the party package, it is best to include those in the original reservation to guarantee the proper amount of space. You can always decrease your count 72 HOURS prior to your event date.

Yes! You are welcome to add guests the day of your event. Located on the provided PNW Guest List is a section called Day of Guest, you are welcome to add additional guests who are “maybes” or circle yes to adding siblings and/or adults and we can add them for you.
Roller skating guests in this section are charged the daily rate of admission and bowling guests are charged for bowling shoes. Additional lane space based on the availabilities.
Day of Guest are not included in the headcount for pizza, ice cream, table supplies, or game cards.

All Deluxe, Platinum, & Elite packages do include tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, and utensils.
Guests with these reservations may bring their own table decorations, tablecloths, balloons, and center pieces.
No confetti or glitter is allowed into the facility. No items may be hung on the wall, placed on the floor, or plugged into an electrical outlet.

All Deluxe, Platinum, and Elite parties include game cards, with the value varying by tier. Many hosts choose to use these as party favors—or pair them with their own.
Please note that skates are not allowed in the arcade. We recommend handing out game cards at the end of the party. Your Pins & Wheels party host will give them to you about 30 minutes before the party concludes. If you’d like them sooner, just let us know!
Game cards never expire and can be enjoyed on another visit.

It is extremely important all host check out after the conclusion of their party and go over all charges with a team member. If a host forgets to close out their tab and pay the remaining balance at the conclusion of their party, the card on file will be used to pay the remaining balance and a 20% gratuity will be added.
Skating PartY faq

Tables are assigned based on the number of INCLUDED GUEST during the reservation process. Increasing your guest count after your original reservation does NOT guarantee more table space.
We do NOT provide additional table space for spectators and siblings in attendance. Additional tables cannot be purchased as an add-on.
Tables are 10 feet and can comfortably fit 10-12 children or 8-10 adults based on size.

Yes. The day of your event you will be provided with water pitchers immediately after you settle in. Unlimited 64oz pitchers of soda, juice, or tea will be provided for party guests.

Absolutely! Guests are welcome to keep skating even after the party ends. If you take a break to enjoy the arcade, bowling, karaoke, or axe throwing, no worries—as long as you’re still wearing your skating wristband, you can pick up skates again and head back onto the rink.
Please keep in mind on Saturday nights, Adult Skate Night begins at 9PM. All guests must 18 and older to attend.

Yes, admission for all included guests includes roller skates. Guests are welcome to upgrade to rollerblades/inlines for $4 per pair.
Guests are welcome to bring their own skates as well. However, it does not change the price of admission but does elevate the overall experience!

No. Skatemates can be added to your tab the day of the event. They are $5 each for an unlimited time. The child must be present for them to be purchased.
On the provided guest list there is a question regarding if you would like to pay for skatemates, if you circle YES, any of your guests will be able to add them to your tab. If you circle NO, only hosts with a bright yellow wristband will be able to add them.
Please keep in mind, there is also a large practice are on the back left side of the skating rink.

Deluxe/Platinum/Elite Parties: No, non-skating guests do not need to be paid for or included in your head count. Please keep in mind, we do not provide additional seating for non-skating guests in attendance.
Adult Skating Social: If scheduled during an Adult Skate Night, all guests MUST be accounted for and paid for to enter the skating rink. If your Adult Skating Social is scheduled outside of Adult Skate Night, only those who are skating need to be accounted for.
*Adult Skate Night occurs on Tuesdays from 7PM-12AM and Saturdays from 9PM-12AM.

Adult Social packages do not come with food or drinks included in the package. However, these packages will have access to our Party Platter menu. These items can be added on during the reservation process or added after booking.

There are 3 options for Adult Skating Socials: one table, two tables, or three tables. Three tables are the max amount of tables allowed to be reserved. Tables are 10 feet and can comfortably fit 8-10 adults based on size.

Yes. You are welcome to provide a list the day of the event for all guests you’d like to cover. You can prepurchase admission for these guests when you check in or you can open a tab and close out at the end of the night after all expected guests have arrived.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full Refund: To be eligible for a full refund, you must cancel your reservation TWO WEEKS in advance.
No Refund/Reschedule: If you are WITHIN TWO WEEKS of your event date, you are no longer eligible for a refund. You are welcome to reschedule your party within the next 60 days. If you do not reschedule your party within that time frame a new deposit is required.
If you reschedule a party and cancel the rescheduled date, you are not eligible for a refund. No exceptions.
