Book a Party or Event

No. You must have an official Deluxe, Platinum, or Elite Party, a Pop Up Party or an Adult Social reservation to bring a celebratory desserts of any kind into the facility.

No outside food or drinks allowed at any time.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the facility. For guests with an official party reservation, the only exception is a celebratory dessert. All food and drinks must be provided by Pins & Wheels.

All parties are expected to follow the same rules and policies. Exceptions are not made on a one by one basis.

Pizzas are 16” and cut into 12 slices each. Pizza options include: cheese, pepperoni, or sausage. Guests can also choose GF crust and/or Vegan pizza (vegan crust and cheese).

All Deluxe, Platinum, & Elite are allotted 2 slices of pizza per guest included with the party reservation. As your guests count increases, the number of included pizzas will increase. For example if you have 12 guests, you will have 2 pizzas; if you have 30 guests, you will have5 pizzas.

All Pop Up Parties include 2 pizzas and 2 pitchers of non-alcoholic drinks.

All food & drink orders must be submitted 72 hours prior to event. Any food orders made the day of the event are based on the kitchens discretion.

Yes. The guest of honor is included in the overall head count.

Elite, Platinum, and Deluxe parties have up to 72 HOURS in advance to decrease or increase the number of additional guest.

Increasing guest count AFTER your original reservation was created does NOT guarantee additional table space.

If you anticipate paying for more than the 10 guests included with the party package, it is best to include those in the original reservation to guarantee the proper amount of space. You can always decrease your count 72 HOURS prior to your event date.

Yes! You are welcome to add guests the day of your event. Located on the provided PNW Guest List is a section called Day of Guest, you are welcome to add additional guests who are “maybes” or circle yes to adding siblings and/or adults and we can add them for you.

Roller skating guests in this section are charged the daily rate of admission and bowling guests are charged for bowling shoes. Additional lane space based on the availabilities.

Day of Guest are not included in the headcount for pizza, ice cream, table supplies, or game cards.

All Deluxe, Platinum, & Elite packages do include tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, and utensils.

Guests with these reservations may bring their own table decorations, tablecloths, balloons, and center pieces.

No confetti or glitter is allowed into the facility. No items may be hung on the wall, placed on the floor, or plugged into an electrical outlet.

All Deluxe, Platinum, and Elite parties include game cards, with the value varying by tier. Many hosts choose to use these as party favors—or pair them with their own.

Please note that skates are not allowed in the arcade. We recommend handing out game cards at the end of the party. Your Pins & Wheels party host will give them to you about 30 minutes before the party concludes. If you’d like them sooner, just let us know!

Game cards never expire and can be enjoyed on another visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Full Refund: To be eligible for a full refund, you must cancel your reservation TWO WEEKS in advance.

• No Refund/Reschedule: If you are WITHIN TWO WEEKS of your event date, you are no longer eligible for a refund. You are welcome to reschedule your party within the next 60 days. If you do not reschedule your party within that time frame a new deposit is required.

• Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather (including icy roads or unsafe travel conditions), our operating hours and party schedule may be impacted. Any delayed opening or closure decisions are made the day of your event based on road conditions and safety. If severe weather conditions are forecasted and you’d like to reschedule in advance, you’re welcome to do so. If you choose to wait it out due to Texas’ unpredictable weather, we will notify all affected reservations the day of as soon as a decision is made. If you do not wish to reschedule, your deposit may be placed on a Pins & Wheels gift card to use at your discretion.

• If you reschedule a party and cancel the rescheduled date, you are not eligible for a refund. No exceptions. 

• A card is required on file upon arrival. A minimum $200 preauthorization will be held, or the full remaining balance if higher, to ensure all charges are covered.

• Cards may be switched at the end of the event. Any preauthorized hold will be released at midnight, with return timing dependent on your bank.

• All guests must stop by the “Party Check-In Desk” to review and close out their reservation. If a guest leaves without closing their tab, a 20% gratuity will be added, and the card on file will be charged.
